Quick Answer for Property Owners
What should you do first if you think you need roofing services in McAllen? Start with an inspection. A documented inspection helps separate isolated repairs from larger replacement needs, identifies storm-related problems, and shows whether the roof is still serviceable or already moving into higher-risk territory. That is true for homes, apartment properties, offices, and many commercial buildings.
The biggest mistake property owners make is trying to decide scope from the ground or based on the visible stain inside. A smarter process is to inspect first, document the roof condition, then move into the exact service path that fits the property.
How This Services Hub Helps You Choose Faster
This Roofing Services McAllen page is designed as a master services hub that supports your homepage and service silos. Instead of forcing visitors to guess where to go next, it organizes service paths by property type and decision type.
For Homeowners
Move quickly into roof repair, roof replacement, asphalt shingles, tile roofing, storm damage, and gutter-related services.
For Property Managers & Business Owners
Move directly into commercial roofing, TPO, modified bitumen, commercial metal, commercial shingle systems, inspections, repairs, maintenance, and replacement.
For High-Intent Visitors
Use this page to compare roofing systems, understand weather-related risk, and get to the exact subpage that supports conversion.
For Search Engines & AI Discovery
This page strengthens the internal relationship between the homepage, residential silo, commercial silo, metal silo, storm pages, and exterior services pages.
Residential Roofing Services
Most Roofing Services McAllen visitors start here because something changed: a leak appeared, shingles started lifting, storm damage may have hit the roof, or the whole system is simply aging out. The goal is not to push every property into replacement. The goal is to identify the right scope and protect the home long term.
For homeowners comparing roof system components, shingle options, and how a full roofing system works together, Marva Roofing also recommends reviewing the official Owens Corning roofing resource center. It is a helpful external source for learning more about asphalt shingle systems, ventilation, underlayment, and the different parts that contribute to long-term roof performance.
Roof Inspections
Start with clarity before you commit to work. We inspect the surface, flashing, probable leak entry points, drainage behavior, and visible age or storm indicators. Visit Roof Inspection McAllen.
Roof Repair
A strong repair addresses the real failure point, not just the ceiling stain. Localized shingle damage, flashing problems, punctures, exposed fasteners, and minor leak zones often can be corrected without a full replacement. Visit Residential Roof Repair McAllen.
Roof Replacement
When the system has widespread wear, repeat leaks, storm-related damage across multiple slopes, or has reached the end of its useful life, replacement often becomes the smarter move. Visit Residential Roof Replacement McAllen.
Asphalt Shingle Roofing
Asphalt shingles remain one of the most practical systems for many homes in McAllen because they balance appearance, value, and dependable performance. Visit Asphalt Shingle Roofing McAllen.
Tile Roofing
Tile systems can offer strong curb appeal and long-term value when the structure, underlayment, and maintenance plan are handled correctly. Visit Tile Roofing McAllen.
Storm Damage Roofing
After wind, hail, or heavy rain, the priority becomes documentation, fast evaluation, and protecting the home before hidden moisture spreads. Visit Storm Damage Repair McAllen.
Commercial Roofing Services
While this page is residential-first, Marva Roofing also supports commercial properties across McAllen and the Rio Grande Valley. If you manage a retail center, office building, warehouse, mixed-use property, church, or multi-family complex, the focus shifts from curb appeal alone to documentation, drainage, service life, maintenance planning, and minimizing disruption.
Start with the broader Commercial Roofing McAllen pillar if you need an overview, or move directly into the system-specific pages below.
Commercial TPO Roofing
TPO is often a strong fit for low-slope properties that need reflective performance, welded seams, and practical serviceability. Visit Commercial TPO Roofing McAllen.
Commercial Modified Bitumen Roofing
Modified bitumen is often selected for durable low-slope assemblies where layered waterproofing and repairability matter. Visit Commercial Modified Bitumen Roofing McAllen.
Commercial Metal Roofing
Metal is often a strong fit for warehouses, offices, churches, industrial buildings, and other sloped commercial structures. Visit Commercial Metal Roofing McAllen.
Commercial Asphalt Shingle Roofing
Many apartment, HOA, and residential-style commercial properties rely on shingle roofing systems and phased replacement planning. Visit Commercial Asphalt Shingle Roofing McAllen.
Commercial Roof Inspection
Inspection is where strong commercial decisions begin. Good documentation separates isolated issues from system-wide failure. Visit Commercial Roof Inspection McAllen.
Commercial Roof Repair, Maintenance & Replacement
Commercial properties often need a mix of immediate repair, maintenance planning, and replacement forecasting. Visit Repair, Maintenance, and Replacement.
Metal Roofing Services
Metal roofing deserves its own path because the buying process is different. Property owners comparing metal systems usually want to understand panel types, cost differences, slope fit, appearance, repairability, and long-term value. That is why the metal roofing silo should be supported directly from this page.
Metal Roofing McAllen
Use the metal pillar to compare the overall system landscape and move into the right product. Visit Metal Roofing McAllen.
Standing Seam Metal Roofing
Strong fit for owners prioritizing concealment of fasteners, clean lines, and premium appearance. Visit Standing Seam Metal Roofing McAllen.
Stone-Coated Metal Roofing
Blends metal durability with a more textured architectural look. Visit Stone-Coated Metal Roofing McAllen.
Corrugated Metal Roofing
Often selected for practical installations where durability and traditional panel profile matter. Visit Corrugated Metal Roofing McAllen.
Exposed Fastener Metal Roofing
Popular for certain residential and commercial applications where budget and function are both major factors. Visit Exposed Fastener Metal Roofing McAllen.
Storm Damage Roofing Services
Storm response is a major part of roofing in the Rio Grande Valley. Wind, hail, and heavy rain can create roof damage that is not always obvious from the ground. The priority after a storm is documentation, quick evaluation, and protecting the property before hidden moisture turns into a bigger structural or interior problem.
- Post-storm roof inspections
- Photo documentation of visible and hidden damage indicators
- Repair vs replacement guidance based on actual conditions
- Storm-specific residential and commercial service paths
Residential visitors should start with Storm Damage Repair McAllen. Commercial owners should use Commercial Storm Damage Repair McAllen.
Gutters & Exterior Water Management
Roofing Services McAllen should not stop at the roof covering alone. Water management matters. Poor drainage, undersized gutters, clogged downspouts, and failing fascia or soffit sections can shorten roof life and create avoidable problems around the home or building perimeter.
Gutters
Proper gutter design helps control runoff, protect fascia, and reduce water stress around the structure. Visit Gutters Contractor McAllen.
Fascia & Soffit Repairs
These details affect both appearance and roof-edge protection. Damaged trim often becomes part of the larger roofing conversation. Visit Fascia and Soffit Repairs McAllen.
Siding
Exterior envelope issues often overlap with roofline and moisture-management problems. Visit Siding Contractor McAllen.
Framing
When roof damage extends deeper into the structure, framing support may become part of the solution. Visit Framing Contractor McAllen.
Why McAllen Roofing Is Different
Roofs in McAllen and the Rio Grande Valley deal with intense sun, UV exposure, heat buildup, sudden heavy rain, strong wind events, and storm-related damage patterns that can age systems faster when materials or details are weak. Roofing decisions here should be made around South Texas conditions, not generic national assumptions.
Our Roofing Process
Inspect
Start with a documented roof inspection so the condition is clear before decisions are made.
Explain
We explain what is happening, where the roof is vulnerable, and whether repair, replacement, or monitoring makes the most sense.
Plan
We define the correct scope, material path, sequencing, and next-step recommendations for the property.
Execute
We complete the project with a focus on workmanship, communication, cleanup, and long-term value.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. We were set to close on a house purchase from out of state and our realtor led us to believe everything was in order. When we came to do the final walk-through the day before signing, we noticed several … More shingles missing and were concerned because in the photos the roof appeared to be pristine. We followed up with Marva roofing who said they had given the realtor the information that the house needed a new roof but the realtor declined giving us that information saying to only put on the report the cost of flashing repair. When I saw the shingles missing I called Marva directly rather than going through the realtor and learn this information. Marva roofing saved us thousands of dollars by being honest about the state of the roof and the cost of potential repairsamazingly, Marva did this estimate for FREE after our regular home inspection recommended a roofer to look specifically at the roof. So essentially they saved us from a money pit without any gain for themselves at all. They seem like honest and reliable people and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Marva roofing, if you read this review, please let me know how we can repay you for this amazing service. -

We hired Marva to replace our roof. They were great to work with, gave us a very clear and detailed estimate, and completed the work quickly. There were a couple of issues that came up, which they clearly explained, so there was no problem … More overall. There was still some minor debris left in the yard when done, which they offered to come and clean up (I told them I would do it), but they cleaned up 99% from their work. Would strongly recommend.
